The OptiMOS™ 60 V MOSFET power board module is the essential component of the LVD scalable power demo platform. It's a half-bridge with power and gate drive interconnections, enabling easy construction of any half-bridge power topology. Different power boards using Infineon’s OptiMOS™ in D²PAK, D²PAK-7, and TO-Leadless packages exhibit various power MOSFET performances.
