The evaluation kit provides a test platform for Infineon's EiceDRIVER™ 1EDN7550B gate driver IC in SOT-23 6pin package, with complete driving circuitry. It facilitates step-by-step discovery of the 1EDN7550B characteristics and evaluation of the surrounding driving circuitry's influence on the load signal. Driver is intended for a low-side MOSFET in TO-220 package, with options for selecting Infineon CoolMOS™ or OptiMOS™ power MOSFET solutions.
