IRHYS9A97034EVAL1 demonstrates the key features and functionalities of rad hard R9 P-channel MOSFETs in inrush current limiting applications. The board is an inrush current limiter power stage populated with 60 V/30 A rad hard R9 P-channel Si MOSFET in low ohmic TO-257AA package. Supporting a 28V bus input and a control input of 5V, the PCB layout and test points are optimized for ease of use in engineering evaluation.
