EVAL-PS-IRS200x board, specifically for stepper motors, integrates gate drivers, MOSFETs, and interface. Features 200V IRS2005S, IRS2007S, and IRS2008S gate drivers. Its four-phase leg shunt topology caters to most stepper motors with 24~72VDC input, using IPP180N10N3 G MOSFETs. Each phase leg current is sensed by the leg shunt, enabling motor control via an external controller. Available through Infineon's distribution network.
