The 600W 12V LLC evaluation board is designed for server SMPS to meet 80+ Titanium standard efficiency. It features CoolMOS™ superjunction MOSFETs, OptiMOS™ for synchronous rectification, quasi-resonant CoolSET™, hi-low side driver EiceDRIVER™ 2EDL, low side gate driver EiceDRIVER™ 2EDN, and ICE2HS01G LLC controller.
