The EVAL-1ED3251MC12H utilizes two-level slew-rate control (2L-SRC) enabled gate driver ICs (1ED3251MC12H) with an active Miller clamp for evaluating slew-rate control switching. It is suitable for TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 IKQ75N120CS7 and SiC MOSFETs, offering 18A peak output current and operates over a wide voltage range in unipolar or bipolar configurations.
