The EVAL-1ED3241MC12H allows evaluation of slew-rate control switching using 2L-SRC enabled gate driver ICs (1ED3241MC12H). It is suitable for TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 IKQ75N120CS7 and SiC MOSFETs, offering two separate outputs with 18A peak output current for independent gate resistance control, and operates over a wide supply voltage range in unipolar or bipolar configurations.
