This 60W demonstration board operates under a wide range input developed with offline SMPS application in mind. It features the new ICE5GSAG PWM fixed frequency flyback controller of the 5th generation family together with Infineon’s IPA80R650CE of the 800V CoolMOS™ CE superjunction MOSFET family.

  • 125kHz switching frequency with discontinuous current mode design
  • Wide-range input from 85~300VAC with line over-voltage protection at 320VAC
  • Output #1: 19V/3.16A
