This 44W demonstration board operates under a wide range input developed with offline SMPS application in mind. It features the new ICE5AR0680AG PWM fixed frequency CoolSET™ with 800V integrated MOSFET in DSO-12 package.

  • 100kHz switching frequency with continuous current mode design
  • Wide-range input from 85~300VAC with line over-voltage protection at 320VAC
