The BTS7004-1EPP high side switch with 15A nominal current provides a quick start for lab evaluation of Infineon’s automotive qualified PROFET™+2 12V family. These devices drive resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads and are optimized for design flexibility and current sense accuracy. Suitable for driving up to 20A loads, they replace electromechanical relays, fuses, and discrete circuits.
