The Evaluation Board features the BTS7002-1EPP high side switch with 21A nominal current, offering a quick start for lab evaluation of Infineon’s automotive qualified PROFET™+2 12V family. These devices can drive resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads, offering low RDS(ON) on a small footprint and high current sense accuracy.
