The BGS14AN16 RF-switch is designed for WCDMA diversity applications, offering low insertion loss, high port-to-port isolation, and low harmonic generation. It features an integrated LDO for direct battery connection, a power down mode, and on-chip control logic supporting logic levels from 1.5V to Vdd. Suitable for RF & Protection applications in Mobile Devices, it provides high ESD robustness and requires no external decoupling components.
