The BGS110MN20 is a Single Pole Ten Throw (SP10T) Diversity Switch Module for multi-mode WCDMA/LTE applications up to 2.7 GHz. It features ultra-low insertion loss, high port-to-port isolation, 10 high-linearity, interchangeable RX ports, and supports a wide voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V. It includes an integrated MIPI RFFE interface and does not require decoupling capacitors if no DC is applied on RF lines.
