This configurable evaluation board supports testing of various configurations: back-to-back MOSFET structures, current sense options, and pre-charge path for up to 1mF capacitive loads. The 2ED4820-EM EiceDRIVERTM APD is controlled by the XMC2GO µController board via SPI. Operated through a Windows-based UI software on a connected PC, it targets 48V automotive power distribution apps, handling currents up to 20A.
