XDP8HD40S-1 is an isolated HV hot-swap controller driving a SiC cascode targeting ±400 V/800 V server power path protection. It integrates a MCU sub-system & provides digital SOA control for inrush current protection matching the high availability & reliability requirements of AI servers. Continuous system health monitoring & high-speed communication via PMBus® 1.5 allow system designers to disable the downstream sub-systems fully or partially.
