The new XENSIV™ TLI4971 in a 300 mil DSO-16 package is intended for industrial applications. The new package enables reinforced and basic insulation and 8 mm clearance and creepage for high voltage. Six different pre-programmed current ranges: 16 A, 20 A, 30 A, 35 A, 40 A and 50 A are available. Delivering highest accuracy, the XENSIV™ TLI4971 is ideal DC chargers for electric vehicles, industrial drives, servo drives, and PV inverters.
