SMPR-boost (5V/0.25A) for transceiver. Minimized external components. Under-/over-voltage monitoring, flexible watchdog. Automotive qualified, thermally enhanced VQFN-48. Optimized for 76-79GHz radar. Works with RXS8161PL MMIC, TC35xTA µC, TLE9250VLE. Easy implementation.
