Our family offers half-bridge drivers with 3 to 12 outputs and direct/SPI interfaces. Designed for sequential and parallel operation of DC motor loads, they support forward/reverse/brake/high impedance modes via a 16-bit SPI interface. With diagnosis features and low quiescent current, it's perfect for automotive applications. The compact PG-TSDSO-14 package ensures thermal efficiency and cost reduction.
