Introducing the TLE7250V, driving signals to the CAN bus, safeguarding the microcontroller, and supporting CAN FD with data rates up to 2 MBit/s. With Infineon Smart Power Technology SPT providing ESD and electromagnetic immunity, it's ideal for mixed supply HS CAN networks, including TLE7250VLE and TLE7250VSJ. AEC qualified for automotive use, it features two operating modes and optimized output slew rates for large HS CAN networks.
