The XENSIV™ TLE5502D S0003 is a high-precision TMR-based 360° angle sensor with sin/cos bridges. Its dual-die architecture supports fail-operational designs meeting ASIL D requirements. With a typical 270 mV/V analog output, it connects directly to a microcontroller without amplification. The compact 3×3 mm QFN-16 package supports accurate and reliable operation. Ideal for safety-critical motor control applications such as steering and braking.
