The Infineon TLE5009 family: angle sensors with analog outputs, detecting magnetic field orientation via GMR elements. Provides sine/cosine voltages (0-360°). Temperature-compensated, constant output over wide range. Designed for differential applications. Types: 5 V - TLE5009-E2000, TLE5009-E2010; 3.3V - TLE5009-E1000, TLE5009-E1010. Enhanced accuracy in TLE5009-E2010, TLE5009-E1010 through production trimming.
