Digital and analog supply circuits for noise separation. Individual ADC, DSP, and memory for each sensor element. Multi-point calibration for linearization. Fast digital Short-PWM-Code interface. 4 output signal modes with CRC. Enables ASIL D systems with external safety mechanisms.
