XENSIV™ TLE4961-3L is an integrated Hall-effect latch designed specifically for highly accurate applications with superior supply voltage capability, operating temperature range and temperature stability of the magnetic thresholds. It comes in a leaded PG-SSO-3 package, offers low jitter and high ESD performance.
