The Infineon TLE4929 is an active Hall sensor, perfect for crankshaft and industrial speed-sensor applications. Two versions available: TLE4929C-XAN-M28 – pre-programmed sensor TLE4929C-XAF-M28 – freely programmable with open EEPROM RoHs compliant three-pin package, ideal for automotive use. Integrated capacitors enhance EMC resistivity. Requires a pull-up resistor RLoad to limit output transistor current.
