The SLC3xG product family of Infineon Technologies establishes a comprehensive portfolio optimized for Government ID applications. The security controllers are manufactured in advanced 40nm CMOS technology. The dedicated security CPU with a 32-bit architecture based on the Arm® SecurCore® SC300 is enhanced by Infineon Technologies’ cache and security technology. Infineon’s SOLID FLASH™ products combine the highest levels of flexibility provided by dedicated Non Volatile Memory technologies with outstanding reliability and a sophisticated security concept. SOLID FLASH™ products allow faster reaction to market changes through short lead times and flexible product usage, and offer many advantages in logistics, development and throughout the certification process.

  • High-performance 32-bit CPU based on Arm® SecurCore® SC300 enhanced  by  Infineon’ cache and security technology
  • Support for all contactless proximity standards (ISO 14443 type A/B, ISO 18092 NFC passive mode)
  • Support for higher bit rates (up to 848 Kbit/s) and very high bit rates (up to 6.8 Mbit/s)
  • Support for ISO/IEC 7816 contact-based interfaces
  • Up to 800 KB SOLID FLASH™ NVM with free partitioning for code/data and up to 24 KB RAM
  • Symmetric Crypto Processor (SCP) for symmetric cryptography (3DES, AES)
  • Crypto engine for asymmetric cryptography (RSA and ECC) with certified RSA and ECC libraries
  • Certification level: Common Criteria EAL 6+ (high)*, EMVCo
