Our radiation tolerant, 256Mb, QSPI NOR Flash offer reliability, flexibility, and performance well beyond ordinary serial flash devices and are ideal for systems with limited space, signal connections and power. The 256Mb, NOR flash is guaranteed to 30 Krad (Si) TID and 100-year data retention and well suited for boot code storage for NewSpace applications.
