The EiceDRIVER™ 2ED4820-EM is a smart high-side N-channel MOSFET Gate driver with 2 SPI-controlled outputs. It allows continuous operation of external MOSFETs and enables scaling up for high currents. The driver supports back-to-back MOSFET configuration and offers current measurement with monitoring output. It includes failure detections for MOSFETs, load and power protection. Parameters can be adjusted via SPI and various registers can be read.
