The CY4534 EZ-PD™ BCR-PLUS EVK replaces a barrel/power input connector with a USB-C connector, enabling system power from any USB-C compliant adapter. It accommodates various devices by offering a USB Type-C receptacle to consume power from a charger and supply it over a terminal block, allowing an easier transition to USB Type-C, with firmware customization option.
