The TLS850B0TB50 demoboard enables evaluation of Infineon’s automotive LDOs with ultra-low quiescent current. It's designed for battery-connected ECUs and features an enable feature. With a typical quiescent current of 20 µA, it helps meet current consumption restrictions. The demoboard provides a plug-and-play solution to evaluate the TLS850B0TBV50 with pre-mounted external components. It offers a fixed 5.0 V output with stability.
