The TLS4120D0EP V50 is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter for automotive applications. It provides a fixed 5V output voltage with a current capability of 2A. With integrated power stages and compensation, it reduces external components and system costs. Wide input voltage range and high duty-cycle operation make it suitable for automotive scenarios. TLS4120 5V CORE-BOARD and TLS4120 5VBOARD H support its high switching frequency range.
