TLS115B0LD is a precise, low-dropout voltage tracking regulator in a small TSON-10 package. Designed for automotive off-board systems, it protects against reverse polarity and short circuit. Supports up to 45V supply voltage. Output voltage accurately tracks a reference voltage (down to 2.0V) with high precision, driving loads up to 150mA.
