The REF-ICL5102-U130W-CC evaluation board is a 130 W SMPS LED power supply with a constant current output in a voltage range from 76 V down to 38 V. It features a wide output current range from 1.72 A down to 0.034 A, analog dimming level of 100 percent down to 1 percent, fast time-to-light of max. 500 ms, and a high power factor more than 0.9 above 20 percent load at 267 VRMS.
