This Evaluation Adapter board with booster stage offers reliable connection between driver and 62 mm Half Bridge IGBT modules . It operates together with 2ED300E17-SFO evaluation driver boards and 2ED300C17-S / 2ED300C17-ST T IGBT driver board. Those as well as the IGBT module have to be ordered separately.
