It functions as a half-bridge with power and gate drive interconnections, facilitating easy assembly of any half-bridge power topology. Different power boards using Infineon’s OptiMOS™ in D²PAK, D²PAK-7, and TO-Leadless packages exhibit various power MOSFET performances.
