The KIT_AURIX_TC299_E_SRAM includes the TC299T, TC299TX MCU Derivatives in LFBGA-516 package. It operates at a CPU Clock of 300 MHz and comes with the Evaluation Board (TriBoard), USB cable, Power Supply, Extension Board, and 16Mbyte external PSRAM. Additionally, it includes the Free TriCore Entry Tool Chain and Getting Started guide for tool installation, hardware setup, and initial program development.
