Employing a 300W PFC circuit evaluation board, the ICE2PCS02 controller with 85~265VAC input and 393VDC output optimizes power factor. This high-integrated design, a variant of ICE2PCS01, features brown-out protection. Used in 8-pin DIP8/SO8 packages, it minimizes peripheral components. Fixed at 65kHz, it enhances power efficiency with CoolMOS™ C3 and SiC schottky diode thinQ!TM in the boost PFC circuit
