The EVAL_3K3W_TP_PFC_SIC board offers a system solution for a bridgeless totem-pole PFC with bidirectional power capability, using Infineon’s CoolSiC™ and CoolMOS™ Superjunction power MOSFETs, isolated drivers, and an XMC™ microcontroller. It is designed for high-efficiency, high-power density applications such as servers and telecom, with bidirectional power flow capability for battery-related applications.
