The 12V switch board uses BTS50010-1TAE, an ultra-low ohmic smart high-side power switch from the Power PROFET™ family. It acts as Solid State Relay (SSR) for motorcycles under 150cc with a cable length of up to 3m. It has RDS(ON) of 1.0mΩ, can handle a DC current of 40A, and inrush capability up to 250A. The compact demo board (44.5mm x 26.5mm) offers a space-efficient solution. For more details, refer to the product application note.
