IRHLNMC73110 R7 logic level power MOSFET is a rad hard, single N-channel MOSFET in a SMD-0.2 package. With a voltage rating of 100V and a current rating of 6.5A, it's a simple solution for interfacing with CMOS and TTL control circuits. This COTS device is rated up to 300krad(Si) TID and maintains its threshold voltage within operating limits even after exposure to radiation , while remaining immune to single event gate rupture and burnout.
