IRHNMC9A7120 is a rad hard R9 N-channel MOSFET in a SMD-0.2C package. With a voltage rating of 100V and 23A current handling capabilities, this COTS MOSFET has electrical performance up to 100krad(Si) TID. Its low RDS(on) and fast switching times make it ideal for DC-DC converters and motor drives in space applications. IRHNMC9A7120 delivers superior SEE immunity with LET characterization up to 90 MeV·cm2/mg.
