CY62177EV30LL-55ZXI is a 32-Mbit (2M × 16/4M × 8) CMOS SRAM in a Pb-free 48-pin TSOP I package, specified for 55 ns access. It operates from 2.2 V to 3.6 V over −40°C to +85°C. Power features include automatic chip-enable power-down with ISB2 3 µA typical (25 µA max), and ICC 10 mA typical at 1 MHz (18 mA max) or 35 mA typical at fMax (45 mA max). It supports byte enables (BHE/BLE) and CE1/CE2 for memory expansion.
