The CY62167EV30LL-45BVXIT is a high-performance CMOS static RAM designed for ultra-low active current, ideal for providing More Battery Life™ (MoBL®) in portable applications like cellular telephones. Its automatic power down feature significantly reduces power consumption when addresses are not toggling, ensuring efficient power management and prolonged battery life.
