IRHNMC57214SE is a rad hard R5 MOSFET designed for space applications. It offers a 250V, 3.7A capacity with low RDS(on) and gate charge reducing power losses in high-speed switching. Proven SEE up to an LET of 80MeV·cm2/mg. In a SMD-0.2C package, this is a COTS part for high-reliability spacecraft applications, with temperature stability of electrical parameters.
