CY62126EV30LL-55ZSXE is a 1-Mbit (64 K × 16) CMOS static RAM for battery-powered designs, operating from 2.2 V to 3.6 V over –40°C to +125°C (Automotive-E). It provides 55 ns access time, typical active current 1.3 mA at 1 MHz, and automatic power-down when addresses are not toggling. Standby current is typically 1 µA (max 30 µA). BLE/BHE support byte writes in 44-pin TSOP II Pb-free.
