概要

本キットは、800 V eCAVトラクションシステム用の250kW三相インバーターパワーブロックです。FF900R12ME7 EconoDual™ 3 IGBT7パワーモジュールが３個、パワーモジュールに実装された独立型ゲートドライバーボード (1ED3321MC12N EiceDRIVER™ゲートドライバおよび昇圧ステージ搭載) が3個、インバータ出力バスバー上に実装されたTLE4973ホール電流センサー、モジュールに特化して設計された液冷ユニット、および選択されたDCリンクコンデンサで構成されています。

​In this video we will give you a brief overview of the 250 kW EconoDUAL™ power kit and show you how to familiarize yourself with the board. After introducing the main implemented components, such as the power module, driver board, DC-link and cooling unit, we will explain the main technical parameters of the board and explain the necessary connections to ensure a smooth setup for starting your first tests with the board.

This video provides a short introduction into the EconoDUAL™ Power Kit solution and the major implemented Infineon components. We will show you how to order the board, what you as the user can expect when receiving it, and how to register it on the Infineon.com website.
