The TLS202A1 is an adjustable linear voltage post regulator (2.7V-18V) for loads up to 150mA. It provides 1.2V-5.25V output with ±3% precision. Ideal for low standby current applications. Protected against overload, short circuit, and overtemperature. Compact PGSCT595 package. Suitable for automotive and other applications.
