CYPD8125-48LDXI is the single port 48-QFN tray packing option of EZ-PD™ CCG8 family of USB-C port controllers. It complies with the latest USB -C and Power Delivery (PD) specifications. EZ-PD™ CCG8 provides a complete USB Type-C and USB PD port control solution for PCs and notebooks, including a discrete N-channel field effect transistor (NFET) gate driver with fault protection and slew rate, and it supports extended power range (EPR) up to 28 V without the need of any external components. EZ-PD™ CCG8 CYPD8125-48LDXI is only available on demand, please contact us here to place your request or receive more information.

  • USB Type-C and Power Delivery 3.1 with EPR up to 28V supporting USB3 and USB4, Thunderbolt, DisplayPort Alternate Mode platforms
  • 32-bit, 48 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M0 Plus processor with integrating a complete Type-C transceiver including the Type-C termination resistors Rp, Rd, and dead battery Rd termination
  • Integrated load switch controller for driving NFETs on VBUS provider path
  • Slew rate controller turn-on the VBUS provider path
  • Configurable hardware-controlled VBUS overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, reverse current protection, and thermal shutdown
  • VBUS high-side current sense amplifier capable of measuring current across 5-mW series resistance on the provider path
  • Integrated 3:1 SBU Muxes for Alternate modes and closed chasis debug
  • Integrated digital blocks
  • Four timers, counters, PWMs, and up to 23 GPIOs
  • Four SCBs for configurable master/slave I²C, SPI or UART
