The TLE42994E regulates up to 45V to 5.0V output, driving loads up to 150mA. It includes short-circuit protection, overtemperature shutdown, and a reset signal for 4.65V output. The power-on reset delay time can be programmed, and it has an additional sense comparator for undervoltage conditions. The PG-SSOP-14 exposed pad package has an enable function, consuming less than 1µA when disabled.
