The EiceDRIVER™ 200V high and low side gate driver IC in MLPQ 4x4 14L package offers typical 0.29A source and 0.6A sink currents for IGBTs and MOSFETs, also available in an 8 Lead SOIC package. The IRS2005 is a 200V level shift junction isolated MOSFET driver with high pulse current buffer stage, compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL output, and suitable for high-frequency applications.
