IRHNMC9A3024 R9 N-channel MOSFET is a rad hard, 60V, 25A device with electrical performance of up to 300krad(Si) TID. With improved immunity to SEE and LET up to 90 MeV·cm2/mg, it is perfect for space applications. Its low RDS(on) and fast switching times make it ideal for DC-DC converters and motor drives. Retains MOSFET advantages including voltage control, fast switching, and temperature stability.
